Early last week, we caught a little swell alert that got the whole town buzzing. The word on the street was about our famous local surf spot with a big reputation, Anchor Point. And for the week, every surfer in town was like a child waiting for Christmas, waxing their boards and warming up for Sunday.
And the alert didn’t let us down. With the sun beaming down on us, the midday low tide drew in the crowds to Anchor Point. The spot was lined with spectators and photographers watching the line up of eager surfers taking every wave they could.
