Villa Mandala is our oceanfront Yoga Retreat Centre that is dedicated to yogic values and practice. It’s the perfect place to escape and connect with your inner calm.
Our 7-day Yoga Surf Retreat delves into all aspects of yoga, for both beginners and experts alike, with an eclectic mix of teachings including creative Vinyasa, powerful pranayama, restorative, yin, yoga nidra, and meditation. The focus of the retreat is on the yoga practice with 90min sessions twice a day and is adapted to all levels. It entails a comprehensive program of yoga alongside daily surfing excursions.
Villa Mandala operates slightly differently from our other locations, here we run a schedule of Saturday to Saturday.
