During our recent Yoga Surf Retreats, our yogis been exploring the 8 principles that make up the limbs of Yoga. Aside from the 3rd limb, Asana (flowing movement with poses), the most commonly known limb is the 7th called ‘Dharana’, or otherwise called ‘meditation’.
