We are looking to hire a highly motivated and enthusiastic WordPress Web Designer/Developer to help complete a website project. The website is already built, but there is still work remaining, and we need someone who can jump in immediately, take ownership of the tasks and finish them with efficiency and expertise.

Position: Web Designer / Front-End Developer (WordPress)
Location: Potential to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine the existing website to identify areas that need completion or improvement.
- Customise WordPress site using Divi theme & plugins as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure the website functions smoothly across different browsers and devices.
- Implement design changes and updates as per project requirements.
- Improve website performance (e.g., loading speed, mobile responsiveness, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team on any design or technical issues and ensure timely communication.
- Test the website extensively for bugs and user experience.
- Ensure that the website is optimised for SEO and user-friendly.
- Website migration & re-building link profile
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with WordPress, including theme customisation, plugin development, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—must be able to update the team regularly and provide updates on tasks.
- High attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understand logic of website functionality, user experience (UX), and responsive design principles to create seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing logical web solutions.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find quick solutions to issues that arise.
- Familiarity website optimisation.
